This sample class shows how to access tiles and use them as a background layer in any MapXtreme map using the UserDrawLayer base class. The UserDrawLayer class is an abstract class used to add your own functionality to the Maps draw loop. Basically it is a method where you as the end user can add drawn objects to the MapXtreme map as a layer.
The class creates a translation from real world coords to tile coords by creating an internal map object, setting the bounds of the map to the bounds of the Popular Mercator projection, and then setting the screen size to the number of tiles for the given level. Then it uses screen to world coords and vice versa to translate to and from tile coords and world coords.
